You have decided to give the whole fitness scene a try, but aren’t too sure where to start. Perhaps you want to get healthier and want to improve your body confidence but don’t have a gym membership? This package is designed to help you start your fitness journey.
The package includes 2 weeks of workouts including scheduled stretch sessions and rest days. All the workouts can be completed in a home environment using little or no equipment.
Our Starter Package is suitable for almost everyone, regardless of how new you may be to the fitness scene. Workouts can be done at your own pace and at anytime of day convenient for you. Each workout within the package is different and progressively challenging.
All workouts are scheduled in for specific days, taking the guess workout out of ‘what to do and when’. Simply load up the WilsonPT App and complete your workout for that scheduled day.
As an added bonus, once you have downloaded the WilsonPT app you will have access to our fantastic nutrition tracker. This tracker will allow you to successfully log all the food you consume and allow you to better understand how nutritious your meals are by showing you the macronutrient breakdown.
Once you have completed the 2 week Starter Package you can then choose to continue your fitness journey by purchasing different packages suitable to you, either packages with full support and a designated Personal Trainer or other ‘Go it Alone’ packages similar to the Starter Package.
